About Us

An exciting ministry journey is about to begin! The Wyoming Law Enforcement Chaplains Association (WLECA) began in the 1990’s with a group of Chaplains who had a vision to partner and serve our emergency services people in their communities in their celebrations of life and in times of trauma and hurt. WLECA supports chaplains by providing information for establishing a chaplaincy program, providing training in seminars (state and the International Conference of Police Chaplains [ICPC]), along with support and encouragement to chaplains in the field and up and down the Rocky Mountain region.
